It’s Not About Being Skinny,

You may be wondering a little about how I came to be here with you today...

My goal was simple: to become one of the most successful female entrepreneurs in the business. 

But then in 2011, I shockingly had my first Crohn’s flare that kept me in the hospital for three grueling weeks. 

At the time, I was not allowed to take anything by mouth and was receiving all of my nutrients through an IV from a bag of liquified fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. 

And I was struggling more and more with fatigue with no energy to do simple tasks. It felt like I was dealing with constant brain fog and endless exhaustion no matter how much I slept.

I had to spend the next three years in and out of the hospital dealing with flares. I tried countless medications during that time that were not helpful in treating my disease and came with tons of unwanted side effects. I then hit rock bottom in 2014 when I underwent a partial colectomy which removed 12 inches of bowel.

I remember I couldn't head into work for weeks on end and lost so much time with loved ones. As you can imagine, I was in bad shape and desperate, but I wasn't ready to give up on my dreams.

Then I decided to take a different path - a journey to a better "Whole Self" that would allow me to enjoy life while creating the proper foundation to give me better health through nutrition. 

At that point, everything changed!

Over the past three years, I discovered how to cook quick and delicious meals that helped put my disease in remission.

This was important because the old me would be too tired when I got home from work to cook my own dinner so that would lead to ordering take-out, and we all know that that is not the healthiest diet nor is it easy on the wallet.  

Because I have dedicated myself to this journey,  I was able to live my dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur by making a substantial coaching income from home.

This has allowed me to contribute to a wonderful life with my new fiance while serving others who struggled like I did to live a healthy life, both physically and emotionally.
